Affiliate Referral Program – Terms of Service

By participating in our Affiliate Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. Referral Eligibility

• The referred person must sign up and complete their first payment within 30 days of being referred.
• The referral is only considered successful if the referred person remains an active, paying user in good standing for a minimum of six (6) months.
• If the referred user cancels, defaults, or violates our terms before six months, the referral fee is not paid.

2. Payout Conditions

• Payouts are only made for successful referrals (see above).
• Referral commissions and payout amounts may change at our discretion, without prior notice.
• Payments will be made in the method we determine.
• Payments are made quarterly, starting six months plus five business days after the referral date.

3. Credit for Referral

• If multiple affiliates refer the same person, the last affiliate who referred them before signup will receive credit for the referral.

4. Program Limitations

• This program is void where prohibited by law.
• We reserve the right to modify, pause, or cancel this program at any time without prior notice.
• Fraudulent or misleading referrals will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of any pending commissions.
