We want to let you know about a small change to our monthly subscription price.
Starting September 1, 2026, the Framing POS subscription will cost $35 per month.
This modest $5 adjustment will help us keep up with rising operating costs while continuing to provide reliable service, customer support, and ongoing improvements to Framing POS.
What Is Included?
Your $35 monthly subscription includes up to five users.
As always, the price includes applicable taxes and other fees. There are no additional processing or hidden subscription fees. What you see is what you pay.
All prices are in United States dollars.
What’s a user?
A unique user is identified by the email address used to log in to Framing POS. For example, if John logs in with john@frameshop.com and Mary logs in with mary@frameshop.com, they are counted as two unique users.
However, if both John and Mary use john@frameshop.com to log in, they are counted as a single unique user. That same login can also be used on multiple computers or devices at the same time and still counts as only one user. Simply put, each unique email address used to log in to Framing POS counts as one unique user, regardless of how many people or devices use that login.
How Additional Users Work
All subscriptions include up to five free individual unique users. If your shop needs more than five users, each additional user is $10 per month.
Here are some simple examples:

For example, a shop with seven users would pay $35 for the subscription for the first five users, plus $10 for the sixth user and $10 for the seventh user. The total would be $55 per month.
What Are Unlimited Concurrent Logins?
Framing POS continues to allow unlimited concurrent logins through the end of 2027, subject to our Fair Use Policy.
In plain English, concurrent logins allow your included users (unique email users) to sign in and to remain signed in on more than one computer or device at the same time. In plain English, concurrent logins allow each individual unique user to sign in and remain signed in on more than one computer or device at the same time without being logged out of the other devices. Using multiple devices does not count as additional users.
For example, a user using this email, mary@frameshop.com, may have a computer at the front counter and another computer in the back of your shop. They can move between them without being automatically logged out of one computer simply because the same account is being used on another.
This policy is intended to give your shop more flexibility and make Framing POS more convenient during the workday. It does not increase the number of individual users included in your subscription. Your subscription includes five users, and each individual user beyond the first five is $10 per month.
